Netroomz Announces HotelsDirect.com.au (Powered by Netroomz)

Hotelsdirect.com.au is an innovative new hotel portal site which will present rates and availability for Netroomz customers through a separate portal site.

However, as the name suggests, once a customer selects a hotel they wish to book, the booking will be made direct with their selected hotel using the Netroomz system. Also the hotels will continue to enjoy the benefits of low distribution costs and owning the customer relationship direct.

Launching in January 2006, Hotelsdirect.com.au will obtain its rates and inventory data direct from the Netroomz database – meaning no additional work is required for participating hotels.

HotelsDirect.com.au will not charge consumers a booking fee, meaning consumers will have all the benefits of browsing and comparing rates and availability across many hotels, then booking direct with their selected hotel – and no booking fee for the privilege.
